Job Summary:

To develop and execute production plan in order to achieve company’s goal.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Study and analyze the submitted forecast based on resource capacity and RCCP in order to fulfill production plan & market needs.
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum.
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover annual and monthly production demand.
• Align with production team to Schedule shifts according to production needs
• Discuss with Planning section head the best scenario of monthly plan based on available capacity to be submitted to Demand planning.
• Monitoring the schedule of the production plan on daily basis with production team to ensure matching with Capacity and Routing.
• Address issues or obstacles to planning Manager when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports to planning head.
• Synchronize expected delivery date of finish products with sales demand on weekly basis.
• Ensure compliance of the production planning with the Audits regulation
• Solve Practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situation in a fast-paced context while expecting unfavorable events

The right applicant should have:

• BSc. in Pharmaceutical Science is a must.
• MBA is a plus.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Production Planning in pharmaceutical manufacturing field is a must.
