Sato Pharma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead and develop our field force across Upper Egypt. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the medical representatives team, and ensuring strong execution of the company’s strategy across the assigned territory.

This role requires strong leadership, field coaching, and the ability to build sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals to strengthen Sato Pharma’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the medical representatives team across the district

• Achieve district sales targets and ensure strong market coverage

• Implement sales strategies and promotional plans aligned with company objectives

• Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions with team members

• Monitor performance, KPIs, and CRM reporting to ensure operational excellence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and key accounts

• Identify new business opportunities to expand market penetration

• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotion standards

Territory Coverage

The District Sales Manager will oversee the territory covering:

Assiut → Sohag → Qena → Luxor

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Previous experience as District Sales Manager is a must

• Must be resident in Sohag

• Must own a car

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to manage a wide territory and drive team performance
