Bloom Plus Pharmacy LLC is expanding! We are looking for an experienced, DHA/MOH/DOH-licensed Pharmacist to join our growing healthcare family in Dubai.

Preferred:

• Own visa
• UAE Driving License (added advantage)
• Comfortable with split shifts
• Residing near the pharmacy

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Accurate dispensing in compliance with UAE laws & DHA regulations

• Patient counseling on medication use, side effects & precautions
• Inventory, expiry (FEFO), and supplier management
• Billing, insurance coordination & documentation
• Collaboration with doctors and clinical teams
• Upholding Bloom Plus ethical and service standards
• Supporting marketing & revenue growth through:

✳️ OTC, wellness & preventive care promotion

✴️ Generic substitution (where appropriate)

✹ In-clinic promotions & health campaigns

✺ Digital initiatives (Google reviews, WhatsApp promotions, loyalty programs)

✻ Visual merchandising & shelf optimization

✽ Improving prescription conversion & repeat visits🔹 Qualifications

✅ Valid DHA / MOH / DOH Pharmacist License

✅ UAE retail/community pharmacy experience

✅ Strong insurance & prescription handling knowledge

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Hindi / Urdu / Arabic – an advantage
