Role Description

This full-time, on-site Pharmacy Manager role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, manage pharmacy staff effectively, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Responsibilities include supervising dispensing processes, managing prescriptions, consulting patients on medications, ensuring accurate inventory, and overseeing the administration of immunizations. The role requires maintaining high service standards for efficient and effective patient care.
Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and managing Prescription processes
• Knowledge of Pharmacy Technicians’ workflows and ability to support and guide their efforts
• Familiarity with administering Immunization procedures and practices
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience as a pharmacy manager or a supervisory role in a pharmacy environment is advantageous
