Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Trainer. The Field Trainer will be responsible for conducting coaching field visits with sales force, evaluating and support implementation of training programs in field to enhance performance and communication skills to ensure excellent customer service of the sales field force activities. In addition, to support the training department in conducting office training courses and refreshments sessions for selling skills and soft skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales field.
  • At least 1 year experience in coach as a Field sales Trainer.
  • Must be living in Alexandria.
  • Must own a car.
  • A proven track record of developing high performing teams
  • High Leadership skills with capability of managing others without authority, able to motivate and inspire others, communicate effectively, able to develop others, setting defined goals. And ensuring that their morale remains high.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively transfer and perceive ideas and information with acceptance and favoring from all communicated stakeholders.
  • Able to transfer the knowledge in a comprehensive and clear manner.
  • Adequate technical abilities including Microsoft office applications and good analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding command of English language.
  • Competitive presentation skills.
