Position1: Medical Information Center Professional. Location: Heliopolis, Cairo.

Type: Full-Time, On-Site.

As a key member of our clinic, you will:

– Manage medical communications and patient inquiries ⁃ Liaise with medical professionals to ensure accurate information

-Support our commitment to exceptional client experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and medical communication Skills

– A solid understanding of Pharmacy practices and

principles

⁃ Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities ⁃ Attention to detail, with a colaborative spirit

Position 2:

Pharmacist or Medical Background grads who is interested in transitioning into an Medical administrative position as a Medical Client Experience Agent.

Position Highlights:

Work Schedule: 4 working days per week, with 3 days off Competitive salary package, including commission and KPls

Position 3:

Quality Assurance

Work Schedule: 5 working days per week, with 2 days off Competitive salary package.

Comprehensive social and medical insurance coverage Heliopolis, Cairo.- Egypt

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field preferred
