Role Description

Mai Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our New Cairo branch. This is an on-site role, requiring leadership in managing pharmacy activities such as dispensing medications, providing patient counseling, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of pharmacy staff while implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy-related expertise: Experience in pharmaceutical dispensing, medication review, and patient counseling.
• Management and leadership skills: Proven ability to supervise and support staff, manage scheduling, and oversee overall branch operations.
• Technical and regulatory skills: Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, inventory management, and use of pharmacy management systems.
• Customer service and communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
• qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD) with experience 3+ years
