Groovy is looking for a dynamic Client Experience Agent to join our team in Al Sheikh Zayed! If you love client care, have a knack for sales, and want an incredible work-life balance, this is for you.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Consult & Curate: Guide clients through our high-end products and medical services.

Drive Experience & Sales: Build trust, resolve inquiries, and smash sales goals.

Behind the Scenes: Manage inventory, track stock, and handle data entry like a pro.

Collaborate: Work with marketing and sales to elevate the overall client journey.

💼 What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or equivalent.

Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh grads with the right drive are welcome!).

Skills: Exceptional communication, fluency in English, problem-solving, and basic data/sales proficiency.
