Job Opening: Shop In-charge – Aston Pharmacy
Aston Pharmacy is looking for an experienced and dedicated Shop Incharge to join our team at our branches in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
🔹 Position: Shop In-charge
🔹 Location: Dubai & Ras Al Khaimah
🔹 Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow
– Manage staff scheduling, performance, and team coordination
– Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE health regulations
– Handle inventory, ordering, and stock management
– Maintain excellent customer service standards
– Coordinate with management for reporting and operational updates

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as Shop In-charge / Supervisor in a pharmacy setup
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Good knowledge of pharmacy operations and DHA/MOH regulations
Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively
