This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Pharmacy Assistant will support daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, and aiding in customer service. Additional duties include performing administrative tasks, assisting customers in person and over the phone, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy policies and regulations. Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Prescriptions and basic knowledge of Pharmacy operations
• Strong Customer Service and effective Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience or aptitude in Inventory Management and stock-keeping
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy health regulations is an added advantage
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferre
