Description
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales operations, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and register customer LPOs to support efficient sales execution
- Generate timely sales orders using Oracle to avoid delivery delays
- Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Monitor stock levels and share accurate reports with management
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Support internal stakeholders and principals with reports and data
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and ensure prompt responses
- Assist the field force team with orders, reporting, and sales support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting field preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
