Job Summary
We seek a strategic Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of our pharmaceutical products. You will drive market success by developing impactful strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages, from launch to discontinuation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute product plans, including positioning and pricing.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Medical Affairs.
- Marketing Materials: Develop compliant, impactful content for HCPs and patients.
- Sales Enablement: Train teams and provide tools for effective product promotion.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FDA/EMA guidelines and company policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies for growth.
- Budget Management: Optimize spending to meet financial goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate updates to internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Sciences (MBA preferred).
- Experience: +1 years in pharmaceutical product management, with a proven track record in strategy and execution.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Egypt’s healthcare ecosystem and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience launching products in CNS.
- Digital marketing expertise in pharma (e.g., SEO, social media).
- MBA degree in marketing.
