🌴 We Are Hiring: Lead Apheresis Physician / TPE Specialist | Relocation to the Seychelles 🇸🇨

About Us We are transforming a well-established medical center in the beautiful Seychelles into a world-class, state-of-the-art hub for Regenerative, Longevity, and Preventive Medicine. As part of our high-tech clinical upgrade, we are launching a premium department dedicated to advanced extracorporeal blood purification.

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Apheresis / Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) Specialist to lead this department, utilizing cutting-edge equipment to deliver life-enhancing treatments, including plasma filtration and therapeutic plasma exchange with albumin replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Lead the launch, daily operations, and continuous upgrade of our new TPE and Plasmapheresis department.
• Patient Care: Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for TPE, plasma filtration, and regenerative protocols.
• Protocol Development: Design and oversee personalized Therapeutic Plasma Exchange protocols (specifically focusing on albumin replacement therapies).
• Safety & Supervision: Supervise procedures, manage any treatment-related complications, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a global multidisciplinary team to integrate apheresis with orthomolecular, regenerative, and longevity medicine therapies.
• Quality Assurance: Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance with international GMP and clinical excellence standards.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification/specialist qualification in Nephrology, Intensive Care/Critical Care, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Proven, hands-on clinical experience with Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), membrane/centrifugal apheresis, CRRT, or other extracorporeal blood purification systems.
• Deep understanding of albumin replacement protocols and fluid balance management.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and excellent bedside manner for a premium patient demographic.
• Language: Fluent English (essential for our international team and global patient base).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in premium private healthcare, VIP clinics, or concierge medicine.
• A strong professional interest in regenerative, longevity, precision medicine, and anti-aging science.
• Experience in treating autoimmune, neurological, and severe inflammatory conditions.
