We’re Hiring: Osteopath (Rehabilitation & Wellness)

License Required: DHA / HAAD / MOH (or eligibility)
About the Role

We are looking for a licensed Osteopath to join our Rehabilitation & Wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, experienced in musculoskeletal treatment and rehabilitation, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using osteopathic principles and hands-on techniques
• Develop and deliver individualized rehabilitation and wellness treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue and corrective techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, movement, and injury prevention
• Promote continuity of care through rebooking, treatment plans, and wellness packages
• Achieve assigned monthly targets, including treatment sessions, utilization, and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and wellness teams

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA / HAAD / MOH license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a clinical or wellness setting
• Comfortable working with monthly performance targets
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient engagement skills
• Professional, ethical, and patient-focused attitude
