We’re Hiring: Physiotherapist (Rehabilitation & Wellness)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

License Required: DHA / HAAD / MOH (or eligibility)About the Role

We are looking for a licensed Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation & Wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, experienced in rehabilitation and wellness treatments, and comfortable working with monthly performance targets while maintaining high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized rehabilitation and wellness treatment plans
• Deliver physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, mobility and pain management programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on posture, movement, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Promote continuity of care through rebooking, packages, and wellness programs
• Achieve assigned monthly targets related to sessions, utilization, and/or revenue
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory and internal standards
• Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and wellness teams

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Valid DHA / HAAD / MOH license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in rehabilitation or wellness settings
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication, patient engagement, and time management skills
• Professional, ethical, and patient-focused attitude
