Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Specialist focused on the ICU and OR product lines. The Product Specialist will play a key role in supporting sales efforts, developing customer relationships, and facilitating the in-depth understanding of product applications. Key responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, addressing client needs, assisting in technical inquiries, and generating strategic solutions to meet customer requirements. Collaboration with sales teams and delivering excellent customer support is integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency as a Product Specialist with strong knowledge of ICU and OR products
• Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing customer requirements and market trends
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration and client support
• Experience in Sales with the ability to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• Degree in medical, technical, or a relevant field preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Familiarity with healthcare or medical device industries is an asset
