M42 is seeking a skilled Specialist Psychiatrist with Child & Adolescent experience to join our expanding Mental Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and managing mental health conditions in children and adolescents across inpatient and outpatient environments. This role plays a key part in supporting the mental well‑being of our young patients within an integrated, multidisciplinary model of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for children and adolescents.
• Manage a broad spectrum of pediatric and adolescent psychiatric conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic, family‑centered care plans.
• Participate in on‑call duties as required to support continuity of services.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, and evidence‑based practice.
  

Qualifications

• Board‑certified Specialist Psychiatrist with recognized training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Experience delivering psychiatric care to pediatric and adolescent populations across varied care settings.
• Strong clinical background in managing complex mental health conditions in young patients.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligibility for DOH Specialist licensure.
