M42 is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our growing Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience conducting psychological assessments, delivering evidence‑based therapy, and supporting adults across both outpatient and inpatient behavioral health settings. This role plays a key part in enhancing mental well‑being and delivering holistic care within an integrated, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for adult patients.
  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence‑based modalities.
  • Support patient care across outpatient clinics and inpatient behavioral health units.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other care providers to develop integrated treatment plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and case conferences.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Contribute to program development, patient education, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • Valid professional licensure and credentials as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Experience providing therapy and psychological assessments for adult populations.
  • Background in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services (preferred).
  • Competence in evidence‑based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma‑informed care, etc.
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility for DOH licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
