Job Profile:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist (Arabic Speaking) to join our Allied Health team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population, ensuring culturally sensitive and patient-centered care.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic formulations
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, psychotherapy, counseling)
  • Develop individualized treatment and care plans
  • Support patients with a range of mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and allied health professionals
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, ethical standards, and hospital policies

Education & Experience:

    • Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
    • Valid DHA License/Eligibility/Registration as a Clinical Psychologist
    • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant & recent clinical experience
    • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
