King’s College Hospital London – Dubai is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Imaging Assistant to support our Radiology and Imaging Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a clinical environment and is committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Role Overview:

The Patient Imaging Assistant will support radiographers, sonographers, and radiologists in preparing patients for imaging procedures, maintaining equipment hygiene, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing patients for imaging procedures (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound).
• Provide reassurance and clear instructions to patients before and after scans.
• Support the clinical team with patient positioning and movement when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate with reception and clinical teams.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold infection control standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical support role preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical imaging procedures is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
