Medical Receptionist – Homeopathy

📍 Jumeirah 1, Dubai, UAE

💰 AED 4,000 per month

🕒 Full-time | Immediate Start

About the Role

We are looking for a professional and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to support our Homeopathy Doctor and assist with daily clinic operations in a fast-paced wellness environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a medical or clinical setting. This role requires someone who can efficiently coordinate patients while maintaining a welcoming and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Coordination

  • Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and waitlists according to medical recommendations
  • Welcome and assist patients at reception in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate with patients via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Patient Support

  • Ask basic pre-assessment questions to identify urgent cases and coordinate with the doctor when necessary
  • Assist with preparing prescriptions and medical reports for doctor review and approval
  • Provide guidance to patients regarding homeopathic medicine intake instructions

Clinic Operations

  • Prepare homeopathic medicines when required
  • Support patients with sourcing prescribed homeopathic medications
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks

Insurance & Administration

  • Track and follow up on insurance claim forms, including for online patients
  • Address patient concerns professionally to ensure a positive clinic experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Background in Healthcare, Nursing, Medical Assistance, or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a clinical environment
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, patient-focused attitude

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,000 per month

  • 30 days annual leave
  • Employment package in accordance with UAE Labour Law
