This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Receptionist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and their pets, efficiently scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and supporting client education about pet care. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and supporting clinic operations seamlessly to ensure a positive experience for both clients and their pets. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Animal Care and Client Education to provide professional support to pets and their owners
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette for effective time management and communication
• Excellent Communication skills to provide a welcoming experience for clients and coordinate with the clinic team
• Basic knowledge of veterinary processes and medical terminology is an advantage
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in veterinary services, animal care, or customer relations is preferred
