Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle appointments and patient inquiries
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Medical center or clinic experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients
Manage appointments and phone calls
Handle patient registration and basic administrative tasks
Coordinate with doctors and staff
Maintain reception area professionally
