• The nurse provides advanced clinical monitoring and care in specialized areas such as perioperative and intensive care settings.
• Responsibilities also encompass the management and administration of medications, promoting patient safety, and using clinical equipment efficiently.
• Patient and family education is prioritized throughout the admission process, enhancing the overall healthcare experience.
• The nurse participates in quality assurance initiatives and contributes to research and development efforts.
• Engaging with nursing management, the role involves supervision, guidance, and staff performance evaluations.
• Continuous self-development is emphasized through maintaining required CME hours and staying updated on clinical skills.
  

Qualifications

• This role is only for a UAE National with a family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with an active MOH license.
• Interest in working in outpatient department for ICLDC.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous professional development.
