Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman for a Speech Language Pathologist. The primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and language disorders, as well as designing personalized therapy plans. The Speech Language Pathologist will work to address articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and track patient progress to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy to support children or individuals with diverse speech and communication needs
• Experience with identifying and addressing Speech, Communication Disorders, and Dysphagia
• Knowledge of evaluating and treating Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and team members
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children is an advantage
