Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Specialist in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Ahalia Hospital in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Specialist will conduct diagnostic evaluations in pathology, oversee laboratory operations, perform histological analysis, and collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams. Responsibilities include ensuring high standards of laboratory medicine and providing accurate reports to support effective patient management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Pathology and Clinical Pathology with proven diagnostic expertise
  • Strong foundation in Laboratory Medicine and Laboratory Skills
  • Technical knowledge of Histology and related procedures
  • Medical degree and relevant certifications in Pathology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to adhere to international healthcare standards and protocols
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards such as JCI and CAP is an advantage
