Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Officer located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Procurement Officer will handle day-to-day procurement tasks, including preparing and managing purchase orders, overseeing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods. The role involves analyzing purchasing decisions, monitoring vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records to support the organization’s procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Procurement, Purchasing, and handling Purchase Orders
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and vendor management
• Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers and managing budgets
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Jeddah
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus
• Education Diploma degree or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related discipline
• Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role is an advantage
• Priority for those who have at least two years of experience in medical procurement
