📢 We’re Hiring | Purchase Supervisor

Dubai London Hospital Group is seeking an experienced Purchase Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in hospital procurement and supply chain operations to support our growing healthcare network.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Requirements:
✔ Mandatory UAE experience as a Purchase Supervisor or in a similar procurement role within a hospital or healthcare facility
✔ Strong knowledge of healthcare procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control
✔ Experience sourcing medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and general hospital supplies
✔ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
✔ Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and UAE healthcare procurement practices

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage day-to-day procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of hospital supplies
🔹 Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors and suppliers
🔹 Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency
🔹 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services
🔹 Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
