We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oral Surgeon with implant privileges to join our dental clinic on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced surgical procedures, including dental implants, extractions, and other oral-maxillofacial treatments, while ensuring exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental implant surgeries, including single/multiple implants, sinus lifts, and bone grafting
• Conduct surgical tooth extractions, including impacted wisdom teeth
• Diagnose and manage oral and maxillofacial conditions
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in coordination with other specialists
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate patient records as per DHA guidelines
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
• Educate patients on procedures, risks, and aftercare
• Collaborate with clinic team to enhance patient experience and case acceptance

Eligibility Criteria:

• DHA License / Eligibility Letter as Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
• Proven expertise in implantology and advanced oral surgeries
• Strong portfolio of implant cases (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently on a commission-sharing model
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
• Immediate availability to join

Compensation:

• High commission structure based on procedures performed
• Revenue share to be discussed based on experience and case volume
• No fixed salary (commission-only engagement)
