About the Role

Our Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a skilled Lymphatic Drainage & Maderotherapy Therapist to provide specialized treatments that support rehabilitation, body wellness, and overall health. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with excellent client care and is comfortable working towards monthly performance targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual lymphatic drainage treatments to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and aid in rehabilitation
• Perform Maderotherapy (wood therapy) treatments for body sculpting, toning, and cellulite reduction
• Assess clients’ conditions and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with rehabilitation or wellness goals
• Support post-surgery, injury recovery, or chronic condition management in collaboration with physiotherapists and wellness specialists
• Achieve monthly targets, including:
• Number of treatment sessions delivered
• Client retention and rebooking rates
• Wellness or rehabilitation package sales
• Educate clients on aftercare, self-management techniques, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure adherence to clinical and spa protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary wellness and rehabilitation teams to deliver holistic care

What We’re Looking For

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, or Maderotherapy
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a rehabilitation, wellness, or clinical spa setting
• Proven experience in lymphatic drainage and Maderotherapy
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication, client engagement, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
